Every resident receives a personalised support plan based on individual needs, goals and risk — reviewed regularly as circumstances change.
Practical support with Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, appointments, correspondence and everyday administrative matters.
Connections to mental health services, substance misuse support, healthcare, employment and education services where needed.
The purpose is progression. We prepare residents practically and financially for long-term independent accommodation.
Referrals accepted from local authorities, probation, hospital discharge teams, mental health services, homelessness charities and support organisations. Self-referrals considered.
