Comprehensive supported housing solutions designed around the needs of each individual resident.
Residents have their own private bedroom with access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All utilities are included, and our properties are maintained to a high standard to provide a safe, clean and comfortable living environment.
Every resident is assigned a dedicated support worker who provides weekly one-to-one support sessions. These sessions focus on building independent living skills, achieving personal goals, and preparing residents to move on to long-term independent accommodation.
We support residents with Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, and other benefit claims, as well as providing guidance with housing-related and everyday administrative matters.
We refer residents to external agencies for specialist support, including mental health, substance misuse, healthcare, employment, education, and other community services to help them achieve positive outcomes.
When someone urgently needs housing, we act fast. Our emergency placement service can have individuals housed quickly when crisis strikes.
Each resident receives a personalised support plan built around their individual needs, goals and risk profile. Plans are reviewed regularly with the resident to track progression and adjust support as circumstances change.
We provide regular updates to referral partners, councils and probation officers, ensuring full transparency and accountability at all times.
